Compensation & Benefits

  • The compensation system of Assan Panel is based on employee competencies, the contribution of job performance to the company, the degree of job difficulty and the level of responsibility.
  • HAY job appraisal and grading system is used for employees working as specialists and at higher grades. The compensation policy is annually reviewed through a compensation survey.
  • The compensation system is based on 12 base salary with additional 4 bonus salary (paid at the end of each quarter) with a total 16 gross salary and the raise is evaluated once annually.
  • In addition to compensation at Assan Panel, premium system and various fringe benefits are applied depending on company performance at the relevant period.
